Siebzehn - [Action/Voice]
[On the last night of the draft, Kurt took a major beating. For those who had been there, Kurt had become a flurry of teleportations, moving in and out of the enemies and becoming almost impossible to follow. He doesn't know how many he might have wounded or killed, but it had all been halted when he got stabbed with a near fatal wound. He doesn't even recall what happened after that. In fact, between that and the sickness, he only wakes up today in a bed in the medical center. When he tries to get up, he realizes that's not so much a good idea.
At the very least, he finds his journal next to him. So... he pulls that out to ask the inevitable question on his mind.]
I'm back in one piece. Sorry if I worried anyone, but I'm ahh... not even sure what happened.
... so, did we win?

[action]
This is the same building where you can fight creatures that aren't real.
[action]
Huh... I've never really been in a hospital before.
[action]
[a friendly/worried smile] How do you feel?
[action]
Honestly? I feel like I got hit by a truck.
[action]
...But the rest of the reference is lost on her. It shows.]
[action]
[He lets his head fall back into the pillow, but he's grinning a bit at that.]

[action]
I have enough energy to heal you again. ['energy' is something she picked up from the draft. It's easier terminology than using Psynergy and then having to explain it.]
[action]
[It may a little, but most of what he's feeling now is from weariness, blood loss, a little sickness, and the cuts on his wings that are unfortunately not as easily healed as the rest of him is.]
[action]
[Because her half-truth is that she's only strong enough herself for a Ply, and a weak one at that. But it should take the edge off of the sickness and any pain he's in.]
[action]
[action]
I can go, and let you sleep. [although he is free to protest.]
[action]
You don't have to go. [But she doesn't have to stay either. He's stuck in a bed. He's not very entertaining here.]
[action]
[action]
I'm allowed to drink some soda, right?
[action]
[not knowing much at all about soda other than the taste.]
[action]
[... he hopes. He's from the computer age. Mia, not so much.]
[action]
[it might take her ten minutes to figure it out. But she has the forethought to also find him a cup to drink from. And she will come back with...one green bottle and one brown bottle.]
[action]
So which one's mine?
[action]
Ah...whichever one you would like.
[action]
[He could use the caffeine.]
[action]
[action]
Thanks, Mia. [He takes a sip.] So... what's your home like? [It's an abrupt question, sure, but they're going to be here for awhile and he really doesn't know that much about her yet.]
