[On the last night of the draft, Kurt took a major beating. For those who had been there, Kurt had become a flurry of teleportations, moving in and out of the enemies and becoming almost impossible to follow. He doesn't know how many he might have wounded or killed, but it had all been halted when he got stabbed with a near fatal wound. He doesn't even recall what happened after that. In fact, between that and the sickness, he only wakes up today in a bed in the medical center. When he tries to get up, he realizes that's not so much a good idea.

At the very least, he finds his journal next to him. So... he pulls that out to ask the inevitable question on his mind.]

I'm back in one piece. Sorry if I worried anyone, but I'm ahh... not even sure what happened.

[Oh. Oh dear. Okay, yeah. It's time for his trusty hospital-visit kit.]

...The one in the battle dome, you mean? And I can bring some stuff over, no problem.

Thanks, man. I'd ask you to bring a TV, but those aren't exactly easy to get.

[He's trying to take this all as well as he can. But he wants to keep from being alone and bored. There's too much to think about.]

I'd have a hard time carrying it, even if I had one! I can't teleport like you. But I'll see what I can find, okay? Be right there!

[And off he goes to dig around for some fun. Shuri liked cards last time, but maybe he can find something more interesting for Kurt's sake.]

[Kurt will just... WAIT HERE. Not like he has anything else to do.]

[Poor, bored blue boy. Never fear, though! Not too long after, Mikage bounds into the place, carrying with him a couple of boxes- one being a pizza box, of course, and the other being a plain old brown one, but it's stacked full, with a pack of pop cans poking out of the top. He's also soaking wet, but thankfully during his venture outside he picked up a tarp for his findings (which he discarded upon entering the building), so it's more dry than he is.]

Made it! Man, I don't think I've ever seen it rain that hard before!

[Kurt looks at Mikage kind of stunned to see him as soaked as he is and then ends up laughing a bit.]

Wow, man, you got soaked!

No kidding! So you'd better appreciate this. [He passes over the pizza, setting the drinks on the table beside the bed.] You owe me at least a slice or two for my trouble.

I think I can maybe give up a little, then.

[He opens the pizza box and while it's not his favorite, you can't go wrong with Pepperoni, so he pulls out a slice for himself.]

Man, this so beats the rations we had last week. [Or the cookies Minako brought by earlier!]

I bet. [Mikage snags a piece and sits back, tugging a soda free - one for Kurt, then for himself.] There's nothing fun about rations. It's like eating stale cardboard.

That was my first time on rations. Not something I want to do again.

[He's going to basically inhale that slice. He's famished, man.]

Good thing you have me around to play Special Delivery, right? I'll bring you all the pizza you want.

[He nibbles slowly at his own slice, not really hungry so much as eating to avoid just sitting there watching Kurt eat. His friend'll get the lion's share of the pizza this time.]

Maybe. I bet I could have found some pretty girls to do it instead.

[Though... Minako brought cookies. That didn't turn out so well.]

Can that watch of yours be reprogrammed? You could make anyone a girl if you wanted.
