[Well. He was concerned all week (even if he didn't look like it when she walked in), but he understood. He really did. So he responds with a quick and friendly pat on the shoulder.]

Even if she plans on bailing again as soon as the New Feather season is over.]

She kind of wants to ask about Scott, but... pretending last week didn't happen is also an appealing option.]
