Apparently that's annoying. So he has only one alternative - watch movies he's already seen several times or be entertained by Luceti's populace. Which means getting a discussion going. Something simple and mindless to talk about.]

Okay, so everyone. You're on a boat and it shipwrecks on a deserted island. You can only take one thing with you from home. What is it?

... ohh, right, and if you have any kind of superpowers that would get you off the island, those don't count. Or for making new stuff and- actually, yeah, no superpowers at all. Just stuff you bring!

A gun then. There are plenty of resources on the island, but fending off whatever wants to make you dinner would be a lot more difficult if you're empty-handed.
