bamfing | Ein - [Action/Voice]

[Although Kurt arrived early in the day, walking around the village was not an option. So he was left with little choice but to wait around until evening, listening in on the journals for clues as to what happened to him. Clearly he wasn't the only recent arrival and he learned quite a big from his fellow New Feathers having the situation explained to them. So, in the dead of night, Kurt finally enters the village, teleporting from one room to another. His first stop is the clothing store. After finding some discreet, normal outfit (opting to come back for his X-Men uniform later), he leaves and goes to the item store to find his holo watch. If anyone happens to run into him during the dead of night, they'll find that he's keeping to the shadows and has himself covered in a robe. He'll talk if he's found, at least at first. But he's not keen to reveal himself and will teleport away immediately.

The next morning, though, Kurt will be walking around town in the appearance of a normal human kid, exploring the various parts of the towns, mostly the shops and Welcome Center. Later, he even makes a voice post, sounding just a bit timid as he does so.]

Hello everyone, my name is Kurt. I ah, arrived yesterday. I was wondering if any of my friends were already here? [Seemed reasonable to ask... so many other people arrived to people who already knew them.]

[He's flipping through the pages, just keeping an eye out. With Kurosaki leaving and new arrivals coming in, it's better to keep tabs on everything going on. He snorts at this one, though.]

No. Haven't heard those names. [Pause, and with this comes a shrug. It might not sound completely sincere, but... he knows what it's like to end up here without someone he could trust.] Sorry.

Hitsugaya... [He repeats it slowly, since it's a bit of an odd name.]

[It's been so long since he's had to explain what he is to anyone.] I'm a death god; I'm from what you might call the afterlife.

I saw it when ah, Professor Raine mentioned she had updated it. I've had plenty of time to read it.

It covers the basics pretty well.

She must have been here a long time to be able to know so much about this place.

Haven't spoke to her that much, but, yes. She's been here awhile.

She mentioned there was a school here, about to start... [Guess who was looking forward to summer break?]

It's not like they round you up and make you go. [Pause.] But I've heard it's a good place to learn about the spirits here.

Spirits... for magic, yeah? [He's only seen magic once. It's impressive, but kind of falls short to mutant powers.]

The most useful is probably the healing magic. Otherwise, it isn't very impressive. I don't think it can do much but supplement what you already have.

We don't have magic where I'm from. Well, not real magic. More of the lights and mirrors sort, you know?

Illusion, then? [Don't blame him if his voice is a little hard when he says it.]

You'll learn quickly enough that things you say don't exist in your world are going to be here. [If you want to survive anyway.]
